This intimate immersion + teacher training gives you an opportunity to intersect with nature's pristine power while embarking on a journey of self-discovery and service. Students who complete both parts of the training may register at the RYT-200 level with Yoga Alliance.
CORE - 12 required weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
MODULES - six immersions that you select, and must complete within 18 months of the training start date.
While most 200-hour yoga teacher trainings are akin to an undergraduate degree (exposing you to lots of information), you might consider a 300-hour Advanced training to be more like a masters program (allowing you to specialize). The Core portion of our training offers more structure and required material, while Module portion of our training allows you to take six elective immersions based on your interests. They include a variety of topics and give you the opportunity to study with internationally-recognized instructors such as Noah Maze and Desiree Rumbaugh.
Join your favorite Kindness teachers and walk a path that may leave you changed forever. The Kindness Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training is an in-depth journey for two groups: dedicated students who wish to deepen their understanding of yoga, and those who hope to become yoga teachers. This extraordinary opportunity to study with senior instructors is designed to inform both your practice and your life… and awaken the heart of the teacher.
